Jinx Shifters named finalist in the 2026 Australian Women's Small Business Champion Awards

Jinx Shifters is proud to have been named a finalist in the manufacturing category at the 2026 Australian Women's Small Business Champion Awards.

With more than 3,500 businesses represented across the awards, being recognized among Australia's small businesses is a meaningful milestone for our team and a moment we're proud to share.

Founded by Simon Richardson and owned by Renee Richardson, Jinx Shifters began with a passion for motorsport and a drive to create quality products for racers and simulation enthusiasts.  Today, the business designs and builds shifters and other specialized products for customers in Australia and around the world.

As a woman-owned business in the manufacturing and motorsport industries, this recognition is especially meaningful.  It reflects the years of work behind the scenes:  developing products, serving customers, solving challenges and continuing to grow the Jinx Shifters brand.

Renee said the finalist recognition was a reminder to take a moment to appreciate how far the business has come.

"Jinx Shifters has been built through hard work, persistence and the support of the people around us.  I'm incredibly proud of what we've achieved, and grateful for everyone who has been part of the journey."

We're especially thankful to our customers, suppliers, supporters and wider motorsport community for backing Jinx Shifters.  Your trust in our products and your encouragement mean a great deal to us.

Being named a finalist is a milestone we'll remember, and motivation to keep building, improving and supporting the people who share our passion for motorsport.

Thank you for being part of the Jinx Shifters journey.
